Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles
- 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup marinara or barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Layer the Fillings: Spread marinara or barbecue sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, ground beef, bacon, and onions evenly over the dough.
Roll the Dough: Starting at one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides as you go. Pinch the seam closed.
Brush and Season: Place the log seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder or everything bagel seasoning.
Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Cool and Slice: Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with marinara, ranch, or buffalo sauce.
